Seabreeze Dahlia Terms and Conditions

  1. Due to strict biosecurity and quarantine laws, I cannot accept orders from W.A., N.T., and T.A.S.

  2. Due to limited quantities, I have placed restrictions on each individual variety to ONE ONLY PER CUSTOMER.
    Please respect this term of sale so that fellow Dahlia growers have the opportunity to purchase also – thank you.

  3. For orders that exceed the limit, I reserve the right to refund that part of the order or cancel the full order without prior notice.

  4. If by mistake you have exceeded that variety limit prior to me making a refund as mentioned above - Please send me an email at seabeezedahlias@gmail.com to discuss.

  5. I cannot combine orders. Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure your details are correct and contact me ASAP if you believe there is an error.

  6. Tubers will be sent via Australia Post Express service. All tubers will have an eye, or an intact neck and body.
    Securely wrapped in a manner one would expect, with care.
    However, I am not liable for any damage incurred via the carrier.
    All tubers will be sent out in September.

  7. Please inspect your order within 48 hours of receival and report any issues including a photograph to seabreezedahlias@gmail.com - Thank you.
